You don't mean in the 2 gallon with yours right?!?!?!

Also, tell your parents that the good bacteria lives in the tank, on the wall s and decor, and when they remove 100% of the water, it allows the bacteria time to dry out, which will kill them. The good bacteria gets rid of the ammonia and nitrites. If you changed 50% of the water, filled it back up, and then changed 50% more that would be okay, I do that in my 5 gallon betta tank.

No I mean just put the betta by itself in the 2 gal mines in a 28 gal with cories. Thanks
