Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hi everyone! I have been lurking here for a bit and finally decided to make an account to ask for advice as I really need it 
My vision is a planted community tank with a large aquarium decor piece like a castle or something that my kids will pick out. I have 3 kids so I would like to get mostly schooling fish, I think - I want a lively tank full of fish easy enough for a first timer to care for.
Fish I like:
Tetra's like cardinal, neon, glowlight
Skirt Tetras
Panda Cory's
Electric blue Acora
Pleco's
Gouramis
Otos
SHRIMPS and/or snails
I realize I can't have all of this but I am looking for some type of combinations with these w/ any additions or absolute no's you might suggest. I have not set up my tank yet and to my understanding I will need to cycle it for 6-8 weeks before adding any fish but I'd like to decide on what to put in it! I need numbers people lol this has been very overwhelming with so many options
