Not sure what it is. It is brown in color and looks like a flower like but it is spreading quick here in the pic is closed Rastas that it won't let open.

Colonial hydroids. Nasty things that will sting and overwhelm corals like zoas.
So, how to get rid of them. Pull the rocks out and pull them off, nuke them with joe's juice, paste over them with a kalk paste or super glue gel.
