Please ID this cute fish!

Was at the store today. They still have the fire clown I want. *sigh*. One day.... Anyway, I saw this little guy. He didn't swim... Kinda used his fins to "leap frog". Along the substrate and rocks. I decided I want him too one day but I don't know what he is.

I was reading that about them. I probably won't end up getting one until my tank is very mature, if I even get one at all.
