Was wondering if this is a male or female Pleco? I know this isn't the correct form but maybe someone knows.

Bristlenoses sound pretty easy to figure out. The rest I'm not sure.

If going by the website is correct (hope a pleco expert chims in here soon, lol). The OP's pleco is a female (looks round) and the other pleco looks male (thinner).

Cool! Thanks! I am surprised that the fins dont differ from male and female! I love how large and powerful these guys can get!
