Dekeyseria pulchra I think, i think they are a type of ancistrus or zonanctistrus so they're mainly vegetarian. just give is zuchinni and other veges and some driftwood and it should be fine

EDIT: or hikari algae wafers, they've worked pretty well for my pleco's

Could it be a leopard frog pleco?
