Pleco Living in a Crack

180-gallon. 3 weeks with a lemon bristlenose pleco and I've only seen it in this "invisible" crack--many times. Only once did it venture out to the light stone for a few seconds. It's about 4 cm long.

Do I have to wait for it to outgrow the crack to ever really see it?
