Porcipine puffer- eye trouble

Hello all, I woke up this morning to one of my puffers eyes being enlarged and looking hazy. The area were the eye attaches to his head is white in color ( maybe from the swelling?) DO you think this is trauma induced? He lives with a huma trigger and a radiant lion. He is eating and acting otherwise normal. Water is all normal. Thanks for your input!
ps if I can later, I will try to attach a photo.. just have to learn how

From what I hear, your fish has cloudy eys desease, I would treat him for that specifally if it gets worse.
