ok so yesterday my clown loach was fine and today he has a strange flesh coloured mark on his head, looks similar to this.. Loaches Online Forum • View topic - CL HITH???
however there is only 1 mark and it is not as deep as this. he also has two tiny white marks on his head aswell. i assumed it was ich but thought is was strange there was only 1 or 2 marks. he's just hiding in a plant and not doing much and seems to be struggling a tiny bit with the water movement my filter makes.
It just happened over night! i usually use carbon but removed a few days ago and i also just rearranged my tank yesterday aswell. tank is super clean as I do pwc almost everyday due to a mini cycle i am currently having. He seemed to be fine before tho even with the constant pwc.

Is this HITH disease? any other suggestions? or fixes?
