I see. Glad to hear nothing else seems off. He might just be stressed, I've noticed that stressed fish get pale like that. Other than that I'll have to leave it to the fish pros to figure out what's wrong

As long as it's skin doesn't start to look like it's peeling off, then you're probably in for a bad time. I'd keep a close eye on it and see what happens

I know my tetras have gotten pale when stressed. Hopefully that's all it is.
