I bought a used camera on the weekend. It is an upgrade from using the laptop camera. Not an easy camera to use without getting a manual but here are some pics i got after fiddling with things.

FTS kuhli tank that has been running for about three weeks. Kuhli were added friday.

My first successful attempt at a planted tank. Also has Kuhlis, Neon Tetras, Harlequin Rasboras and a pair of Bristlenose plecs (to be rehomed when they get a little bigger). The Kuhli are also going to be moved to the other tank. FTS

I set up a chair in front of my tank so I can sit in front of my aquarium while studying and this is my view. Needless to say I don't accomplish much. Some of my plants are looking shabby but that's only because I allowed my tank to get waaay overgrown. It's fixed and they are bouncing back very nicely minus the small amounts of hair algae that is popping up. Plants are growing soo fast I can barely keep up with them anymore since I doubled the light and added pressurized CO2 to the tank.
looks amazing! I want I want!!

My 15gallon planted tank. 6 dwarf puffers, 3 otos, 4 bumble bee gobies. The second pic is of a dwarf puffer patrolling it's territory. Third is a bumble bee goby setting up and ambush for prey and lastly that's my oto resting on a piece of driftwood

I got a ton of plants from someone local that was doing a complete teardown. I'm running out of room and I still have a lot of plants left over that isn't in this 55g. I've already made the decision to upgrade to a 75g and will be getting that tank this Friday. Unfortunately, that setup won't be completed until the first weekend of March. I'm in the planning stages of making this new tank an in-wall setup in my basement. So in the meantime, this 55g is gonna house the plants where I have room and I'll focus on better placement with the new tank once its ready.

Very very nice. Is that a bog standard amazon sword in the middle?

Thanks. I believe its a standard amazon sword. What you're actually seeing is a pair of plants about 3-4 inches from each other. One of the is closer to the left rear and the one you mostly see is the right front.

Each pair was pretty big when I got them. I chose to prune some of the stray leaves so they actually look a little smaller than when first received.

Looks awesome brookster love the drift wood what kind of lights and filter do you use and do you use ferts?
thanks! It's only a few days setup. Lights are new aqueon modular leds(2 colormax,1 daylight tube) filters are a penguin200 with custom media a aqueon 30 stuffed poly fiber and a prefilter sponge, ferts as of now are excel, flourish comp and root tabs, I'm going to ramp up ferts as soon as amazon delivers them! I'm not sure about the light though, I may return it and get the new marineland plant led which looks really nice..

I think it s great for low-medium , not sure about the far out world of CO2 systems & hi lite plants.

Heres some pics of my 29 gal. I took out my huge water sprite to make room for a plant package I ordered from Junglefowl. The plant package was just thrown in there to get them to start growing. Will rescape when plants show some growth. Cant wait.
