Powerhead during cycle?

Just finished adding water to my tank and sump, and was wondering if I should run anything other than my return pump and heater du

Yes, you can run powerheads during the cycle for circulation in & around the rock...... just be sure to leave your lights off. If you have a skimmer, leave that off as well.
