Powerhead question ..

This will be my first powerhead, it's a hydor Koralia nano 425 for my 55 gallon planted tank. I didn't think I had enough circulation. Question is do I run the powerhead 24/7 or keep it on a timer with the lights being on? This is a low tech non co2 tank.

You can run it 24/7 since you aren't concerned about surface movement with no injected CO2.
