powerheads question

I got 2 powerheads 850 gph each is that enough flow for 55 gallon?

On a 75 that I had I had a 1400 & 1050 was way over kill. The sand was always on the move. I think you should be good just so long as you can aim them in a way that you minimize any low flow areas.
