I've used both marine land and eheim. Both work very well. Eheim may be slightly quieter, but you'll pay a bit more.

Sunsun powerhead all day, just ordered 2 540gph's for under 20 bucks. A single of this size is around 10 bucks, there is a mid 200 gph that costs 6 or 7 usd.
