Pyramid snails?

Pulled these off my snails, they were along the edge of the snails. I will look at my clam tonight after lights go out to see if they are on it.

Well...with no pictures not sure...but here is my best guess.

Saltwater Aquarium Snails for Marine Reef Aquariums: Spiny Star Astraea

Yup, I have pyramid snails on my turbos and astraea snails. I don't have a clam but if they're on your snails odds are they're on the clam. As far as I know manual removal is the only method, and it sucks lol. Keep at it, good luck.

That is exactly how they were on my snails before I pulled them off. Grrr. I had hundreds of ceriths that disappeared over the past few months.
