Quarantine tank

Need some advice on setting up 10gal quarantine tank. Filter lighting etc considering it will on be used sporadically. Thoughts??

I would recommend a sponge filter since there cheap and affective
Lightning I had mine set up with just your standard light bar

I normally don't med unless I see a problem keeps the cost down
