Hi, I got this about a week ago from an ads of my LFS. It was great just like this photo.

However this morning it turns out like this. I had it at least 4 to 5 days by now.

The second photo is what it looks like at 10pm now

Third and fourth photo is what it looks like around 6pm today.

I just ran all tests to make sure nothing wrong. All my others corals are fine.

I used to have it middle of the tank for lighting, now I moved to lower due this sudden retraction. It never happen like this. It looks like all the flowers are gone leave white skeleton.

Lights are kessil with 85intensity and 75colors running 4hrs.

This scared me a bit, but I am happy to say this morning most of the flowers came back out again. I might just over panic...

flower pot are one of the hardest LPS corals to keep , I had one years ago when I first started it lasted 2 years I got lucky with that one , since than I never have had any last more than a month if that ,
they all look healthy than just out of no where they go on the decline, the one I have now is a little over a month old looked healthy still does but it recedes it's flesh about a 1/4 inch every 2 days , they are one of the hardest LPS corals to keep in captivity,
I don't expect this one to last till the end of the month ,
I have tried both aquaculture and wild coral neither made a difference , I know these corals don't last but for a odd reason they just draw you in .
