Rainbow shark has white lump

My rainbow shark has a white lump on its head, can anyone advise?
I’m relatively new to this, and I’ve noticed a white lump on my rainbow sharks head, I’ve been treating with primafix but not sure it’s a fungus at this point.

Does it look fuzzy? That’s often the hallmark of a fungus. You may want to head over to the Sick fish part of the forum and make a post with your tank details etc.
