rasboras with fins up?

I had been doing some work around the house, it was pretty dark and it was after I had fed them by about 30 minutes and I noticed behavior I had never seen before. My harlequin rasboras had been flaring their fins up at each other. I'm not even sure why they are doing this but they haven't attacked or anything, they did the dance for around 30 minutes.

They are most likely males displaying. You know the "I'm the biggest and badest" and the best for the lady fish.
