Red spot on guppies help

I have a red spot on my guppie that is about to give birth any time and now has a red spot help me please

The red spot could be due to damage caused by another fish or perhaps bumping into something in the tank. I'm not too familiar with guppies, but she looks good and healthy despite that boo-boo. Dose her with a little melafix to prevent an infection and to speed up healing. Keep an eye on it and keep me posted.
