Hi all,
I went to my lfs and he recommended Neo Marine from Brightwell over Instant Ocean's Reef Crystal. He states that Brightwell offer better alkalinity where as IO reef crystal is more alkaline.

I don't know whether he is right or wrong. So what do you guys think. I have not bought the salt yet but I want to get something that is good and will not leave my salt water mix wanting something.

Thanks.

SSky

every one has there own likes and dislikes out of all the salts I've tried so far I like the
Kent Marine salt been using it now over a year and a 1/2 , a lot of it actually depends on the quality of your water from your water source .

Well I am using ro water from the beginning. The issue is here I want to keep dosing elements to the minimum. Hence if brightwell salt provides most of the elements and keep them at the right values then its one less thing for me to worry about.
