Schooling

I have a schooling question. I have three corys and they hang out together. I have three phantom catfish, getting two more tomorrow, but they do not school with usually two with a lone one. I have 6 neon tetras and they don't school, actually rarely they do but 98% of the time they are in different areas. Is this stress, and if so what could be the possible source? Is this normal? I do have an aggressive black Molly I am giving to my lfs tomorrow as well.

It is normal for fish to seperate sometimes and it doesnt matter at all. Fish can feel safer in a group but will break of but in the end they will go back to eachother
