Scooter Dragonet Question

Hello all!
Had a question about a Scooter. Do they require as much live rock and pods to sustain them as a Mandarin Goby does? Or are they any more likely to take prepared meaty foods?

They will yake prepared foods. My does all the time. He is for-ever climbing all over the rocks pickin at stuff. But he will eat frozen foods and the stuff on the substrate that no one else eats.

Mine takes prepared food as well. He even started eating flake. From what I understand this is not always the case. I would make sure one is eating before you take him home.

I'll definitely make sure he's eating at the store before bringing him home. I just love watching them hop along the bottom. They are so goofy!

I have one in one of my commercial tanks that is doing well. He's been in there for about 8 months and will eat anything. To be fair, this tank has a large pod population and a fairly light bio load though.
