This may be the source Brian was talking about, and possibly where Aqua got his info? lol...

It proves it, I just wish he would have done the tests through something more like 12" of water rather than 5"...

Thanks for the link

With the tank being so long (36"), how would you all recommend placing the filter intake and outflow? I'd love to avoid having a huge dead spot on one side of the tank.
