THIS is one I wanted to get but 19.99 for the Elephant Ear made me think about it so I didn't get him yet. He has a little short upper tail section. But soo pretty.

Thank you! I didn't love him to start with. I couldn't get past the torn fins and his odd coloring, but my boyfriend absolutely loved him. He was supposed to live in my ten until the boyfriend got a Betta setup going, but after he colored up and I got to know his personality, I ended up just stealing Haku and getting the boyfriend a different one. He gets along so well with the Corys in his tank that sometimes I think he is confused about what kind of fish he is! My girl I wanted the first time I saw her. I left her at PetSmart that night, then had to go back the next night and get her. She was just too perfect for my little 2.5 setup!

BTW, is anyone feeding their bettas random worms and insects?

I've fed ours planaria, fruit flies, drain flies and silver fish... he loves live food

I don't use pesticides so I know the bugs I catch in our place are safe.

Not quite...the cutesy girlie stuff isn't really my favorite...I do, however, have Corys in with Haku named Ned, Arya, and Bran...
