Sick black Molly

could someone tell me what is wrong with this fish? I've had it for a few weeks started with one small spot on the head and continued to get worse. If someone knows how to fix this id appreciate it.

Looks like some type if fungus. Is it fuzzy looking ?

No I've dealt with fungus before, this is almost like chunks missing.

What are his tank mates ?

5 zebra danios
1 giant danio
2 Micky mouse platies
1 Dalmatian Molly

Oh and a blue gourami

Is it possible that the gourami or the other molly is picking on him?

It could be but I have never seen them do that before so I don't know. I'm gonna quarantine and run some test and see if I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help
