Sick fish? Ich?

Read the article. But still not sure as to what to do?. My clown loaches pant alot, my red fin shark is swimming funny(sounds like flashing but not sure?) And has 1 spot on the rear end just before the red of the fin, about the size of a match stick. And i have 4 out of 5 albino tetras with tiny white spots on them...should i be panicking? i have some meds, but by the sound of that article, it may not be of any use at this stage?.

i cant tell you if its any use at this time, but i do think that as the owner of a pet you have the responsibility to try. whats the worst that could happen you spend a little money and the fish die.

What I would do first before meds is try turning up the heat to 87F and add aeration or lower the water level a bit. I don't know if it is ich though. Ich looks like grains of salt. Do a water change before turning up the temps.
