Sick or pregnant Molly?

Hello, i have a 10 gallon with 5 neon tetras, 2 "fruit" tetras, a corydoras, and 2 cremsicle mollies. I first thought that my female molly may be pregnant, but im starting to think she may be sick. Her behavior is pretty much the same but she has black spots and specs around her stomach and the start of her tail. The spots range from tiny "pepper-like" specs to small spots. Anybody know what this may be???
