"Sick" platy questions.

This is a pic of my platy, I've had him for a few months. And one day his tail was shredded and his body seems kind of "crooked" his tail has since healed, but he still seems crooked and kind of sunken in. I'm kind of thinking he got stuck in one of the new decorations I added and freaked out, maybe he ran into it or something which may have made him kind of crooked? He still eats and swims around, just sometimes kind of "spazzes out" and he just looks crooked. He wasn't swimming when I took the pic, that's just how he is shaped now.

Do you think he just got injured by running into something? Or something is wrong with him? All water parameters, and other fish are
Perfectly fine. Just my little platy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
