Any idea what is going on with his head. His eyes are bugged out. Yesterday I noticed something like this on the tail of a Rosey Barb. No pic though.

Looks like Popeye to me. Several different causes, blows to the eyes, bacterial infection or bad water. Fluid leaks into the fishes eyes from inside causing pressure and swelling. Best treatment is very clean water. At least his eyes aren't glazed over. It takes a long time for the swelling to go away. Good luck.
