Skimmer Question

So I have a 90 gallon tank and i need a new skimmer. What is better a HOB or a in sump skimmer? I also have clearance issues if i go with a in sump skimmer. And any suggestions would be great.

Definitely in sump. They are larger and more powerful. I had just enough room behind my stand to use an external skimmer that sits right behind the stand and drains into the sump, more powerful and saves space in the sump.
