Snails

So I bought some hornwort at my lfs and brought it home only to find a ton of baby snails on it. How can I get rid of them from my tank in a humane way? I don't want to kill them but I also don't want them to overrun my tank!

Assassin snails will help you out with your problems or loaches

Well I have one loach but the snails seem too big now for him to eat.
