Some advice

Hi Everyone,
Over a month ago I set up a 65g fowlr. Cycled, added fish and overfed. Now I am doing pwc to pull down nitrates. I have been reading a lot of posts and I am questioning whether I need powerheads, how big and if my pump is big enough in my 10g sump. How do I know what size to get? Thanks in advance for the help.

I definitely would get PH`s. They help to push the water around in your tank and get it in contact with your nitrifying bacteria that is on your LR and surfaces.
