Some kind of tubeworm that shoots out a web

What looks like some kind of tube worm is Growing off my frogspawn and shoots a web out to catch food any Id and maybe solution would be grate

Its a vermited snail. It puts out a web to catch food particles. I changed your title to a better title that will be more specific.
 
I would not. Imo they help to get rid of particles that might end up causing excessive nutrients and cause algae. JMO
 
He is good for the tank. He can irritate corals so just keep an eye out. When he shoots his web it may irritate or may not.
