It's a mandarin goby.

Beautiful fish I'm just starting to cycle a 55g for salt water should be pretty exciting can not wait just got the tank yesterday doing a lil bit if research on what fish I want how easy are they to keep

Cool...the mandarin is awesome but don't get one till your tank is literally crawling with copepods, that's most of what they eat unless you can train them up to eat brime and myses shrimp. Have look at Coral magazine they have a great right up on them this month I think.
