SOS gourami growths

Hi I have a 30 g tank with one dwarf gourami that I’ve had for about 4 days, 6 rummynose tetras and 4 ottos. I change 30% of water every 3 days. PH 7.4, ammonia 0, nitrite 0 and nitrate 20.

When I got the dwarf gourami he had one spot that looked like a small white pimple. Phoned fish store and they said that there have not been problems in the tank he came from.

Now the growth is bigger and I see a few smaller ones. He is looking stressed by swimming up and down same area of tank. He’s eating well and otherwise seems ok.

The other fish appear to be ok. No spots.

I’ve attached photos as I’m not sure what this is or what to do. Please advise as I’m worried and don’t want other fish to get sick.

Just return it asap!

That is a diseased fish, you do not want the headache.

Hoping the other fish stay well.

Has this tank only been set up for 4 days?
