So I have a two small majanos amongst my zoanthids. I was wondering since if rather than feeding it kalk and risking killing the zoos around it, if I could just....stab them with a screwdriver? They retract as soon as I put anything near them and since they are small they completely hide themselves.

So...could I just stab them with a screwdriver? If not that I have a bit of epoxy left over, but if stabbing works I don't see why not give it a shot :p

I'd scrape them off too but they're right in the middle of the colony of zoos.

I think you might risk spreading it. Squirt boiling water into them with the flow turmed off.

Meh, okay. Do majanos reproduce by fragmentation? If so, wouldn't a stab result in no fragmentation?

Well, out of water I made an attempt to cover it with epoxy. I know I got one of them but the other one I may have missed. I shall see tomorrow :p
