Hello! I decided to dust off my old 20 gallon and set up another freshwater aquarium. What should I put in? I was thinking of getting tetras, and am wondering how many I could get. Any other suggestions of fish would be appreciated too!

10 neons or cardinal tetras
8 harlequin Rasboras
4 botia loaches(?) or 4-5 small cories
1 honey gourami
Lots of plants, sand substrate and a piece of driftwood?

Dwarf chain loaches would be nice but they are really expensive so Pygmy cories would be what I would select.
