Stocking a 55 gallon?

I purchased a 55 gallon today and I dont know what to put it in when its done cycling.

A leopard leaf fish and a peacock eel are only two definite fish right now.
I know Im kind of limited because of the trap door of a mouth the leaf fish has, so I'd like some suggestions.

I love tetras, but the bigger ones dont really appeal to me. A list of large tetras would be great too!

Congo tetras are big for a tetra and might work. A nice school in a 55g would look nice.

Forgot to tell you to look into the larger Rainbow fish. You could add a school and have some nice color and movement with them.
