Stocking Advice

Hey everyone I am new here. Could you all rate my fish stocking please?
30 Gallon brackish:
-4 mollies
-2 angelfish
-6 neon tetras
-5 black skirt tetras
-5 white skirt tetras
-3 Blue dwarf gourmis
-3 Cory cats
-2 male Bettas (they don't fight)
It has an aqua clear 70, a 300w heater, a finnex light, 20lbs of caribsea live dirt and 10lbs of gravel as well as a few basic plants. That's it for now. Also I have an empty 30 Gallon that I was gonna put some German blue rams and goldfish in. And an empty 10 Gallon with a filter and heater dunno what to do with it
