A couple of days ago, I decided to move some rainbows so I could make room for some baby clown loachs. Well, the rainbows didn't want to go, and it was a bit of work to net them.

This , apparently, has really freaked out my bristlenose pleco. For two days now, he hasn't come out from his cave. I don't think he's eating; I've been watching a lot at night and he's not coming out then either.

Actually, thats' not entirely true. He has come out a bunch of times. Three times that I've noticed, he's shot straight up, hammered the glass cover, and gone back down, seemingly dissapointed on his fail suicide attempt!

What can I do to relax him? I've tried talking to him, but I'm just now getting through! Seriously, I've been doing little water changes, leaving his favorite foods in there...what else can I do?

I think you have already done the right thing, and that's making sure he had that cave to hide in.

He'll eat if he gets hungry. Give him some more time.
