Sump Help - Proflex 2, Pump/Overflow Box

So I am thinking about ordering a Proflex Model 2 Sump even though it is expensive.

Can someone help me figure out what else I need? I cant find a good answer on what pump I should use and also what overflow box.

Tank cant be drilled.

Also, how much of a risk is there of the overflow malfunctioning and you flood the tank or the sump? Is it rare or does it happen alot?

Google bean animals overflows. He has a video on YouTube and has a nice setup that incorporates a way to prevent flooding due to power outages.
