Sump pump

Setting up my 360 gallon. Right now it has two pumps that do 1900 gph each. They are really loud and I want to replace them with something quieter. Problem is I know nothing at all about these things. Any recommendations on brands that are quiet and reliable?

Many like the Quiet One for return pumps.
Mags(danner) are loud and make heat.
I use Jeboa dc pumps..
I have 5 of the 12,000 lph(under $200 easy).
Very quiet ,cool running and digitally controlled speed.
