Everytime i add one it disappears for some reason.

Tested it today, I've never seen anything test so purple before , very bright, no ammonia yet

I know, but when nothing else is working then what can you do. It's 3 weeks next week so... Yeah, I know it's cruel but it has to cycle

Are you adding an ammonia source, like pure ammonia or a dead shrimp?

Wow that is so odd that nothing's happening after three weeks! Is there no ammo or nitrites or nitrates?

I have nitrates, like it tested as high as it could but nitrites test 0 and ammo doesn't even show up

Sounds like you're cycled to me! I'd add another dead shrimp and if you see no spikes then I'd say you're good

Alright , cool. I'll test my water and post a pic of the results. I hope it is, but I haven't even had any sort of algae bloom or anything

If its only been three weeks, it will come soon. If the lights have been on each day then it probably will come sooner than later. But sometimes it takes a month or so

Make sure you add another shrimp, then test each day and make sure there isn't a spike
