Tell me about your crayfish

I just got my first crayfish and I'm interested in others' personal experiences with them. What size tank do you have? What kind of crayfish do you have? What temp do you keep the water? What foods does yours prefer? (Mine really seems to like cherries.) How long has yours lived? How big did yours get?

FYI... he'll eat anything he can catch; that's what I've heard. So, probably not a good idea to have him in a community tank.

Mine is a female and she is in her own 10 gallon tank. Thinking of upgrading though...she keeps growing.
