These are on my glass - do i keep or clean off

Hi,

I've had these pop up on my glass.. They seem to be multiplying. Not sure what they are and if I need to keep or clean off?

They are hydroids but not the super bad ones. They won't harm anything I promise :). I have a bunch in my tank too
