Slowly start raising temperature to 86 and you can add aquarium salt as well. If you have any scales fish or snails skip the salt. They will look worse before they look better. And make sure you have plenty of air stones going.
To treat: Turn heat up slowly to 86-88F, Increase aeration, Increase gravel vacs and PWC, Leave the temp up for at least a week after last spot is seen, Turn temp down slowly.
You can drop the level of the water in the tank so the filter has further to fall if you don't have an airstone.
