Definately bubble algae as HN1 said. It is a sign of excess nutrients in the tank. Just take a tweezer and pick it off the rock, but don't pop it or you will spread spores and will have even more bubble algae. Twisting while you pull with the tweezers might help take it off a little easier without popping it.
thanks again, now i have a better understanding of why it happened. My mushroom coral started to look funny around the edges so i added some stronium Ive had. I think that couldve added to the growth of it. Luckily there is only that one bubble so hopefully once I remove it it will be the end of that.
