Traccatichthys taeniatus aka Rainbow Loach

Also referred to as Peppermint Loach.

Anyone keep these??? If so please share your experiences, and the size, do they stay this color even when grown, what do (or don't) they live with, etc.

With all that color whats not to like?

I like those markings a lot but don't think I've seen anything like that here.

With such interesting colors, I can't believe they aren't in hug numbers of tanks, but alas, not seen them locally - this is from a reliable online source. Perhaps if I decide to order - still haven't yet, I might try them. They are around $15 if I remember correctly, you get 3 per order so $45.

You should (and take photos ). Is $15 on the upper end for a loach? I'm really tempted on the kuhli loach but yet to start looking.
